Meet The Staff of Trackside Cantina
For many locals, Trackside Cantina is a favourite haunt, but not all of the locals who frequent it are from the realm of the living. Located beside the railroad tracks inside the old Grand Trunk Pacific Railway Station in the heart of Smithers, people have reported ghostly sightings and strange happenings inside this heritage building for many years. Some the staff at Trackside Cantina have had unusual encounters during the course of their workdays, but so far the ghosts seem to be of the friendly, cheeky sort who just like to play tricks. The most powerful spirits of the Trackside Cantina are mainly found mixed in the restaurant’s fruity umbrella drinks.
Ghosts notwithstanding, the staff of Trackside Cantina love their jobs. Dressing in bright Mexican garb and getting into the beat of Latin music makes their work fun. They enjoy entertaining restaurant guests and helping them have an authentic Mexican experience. They are committed to every aspect of their guests’ experience, from the fresh, quality food to the light-hearted, fiesta atmosphere.
